NO EXPERIENCE, WE WILL TRAIN

ON AIR BROADCASTER

​

An on-air broadcaster is the face of live broadcasts via MICHIGAN SOCCER Network's internet platforms. Your role is to entertain and inform an audience by presenting information in an accessible and attractive way as it pertains to the action on the playing field. A knowledge of soccer is recommended.

Responsibilities

-Learn/obtain a knowledge of on-site broadcast equipment

-Execute the roll of a play-by-play announcer or color commentator (past experience puts you to the top of the list)

​

Qualifications

-Passion for sports, broadcasting

-A strong work ethic couple with the ability to work with others

-Energy to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment

-An ability to multitask is required

​

Work Conditions

Travel is necessary for journalists and reporters who are working on location.

Working hours can be irregular, including nights and weekends.

​

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, 1099
